The ODT-AFE-14B1200M-28HPCPT is a low power high speed pipelined I/Q Swift™ AFE designed in a 28nm standard CMOS process.
This 14-bit ADC features excellent dynamic performance of 65dBFS SNDR and over 70dB SFDR when driven by ADC buffer with up to 1.25V pp differential input for demanding applications. The ADC can work at sampling rates up to 1200MSPS for maximum flexibility.
The ADC can be configured in single-channel 1.2GSPS mode as well as 600MSPS I/Q mode. The ADC output data is available on a low frequency 300MHz bus.
